Garment Sampling Service
If you live in Melbourne, Australia, visit the Luscious Beauty showroom to see the range of fabrics and designs we stock. However, if you live outside Melbourne or overseas and are unable to visit our showroom in person, try the Garment Sampling Service to see the design and feel the fabric in your hands for only a fraction of the cost.
Luscious Beauty will guide you through the process and assist you in making an informed decision before purchasing a garment or fabric.

Terms and Conditions
1.1 A garment sample is used to show the quality of the garment material and construction. It also gives an indication of the texture and colours that cannot be communicated accurately by website images.
1.2 Garment sample ONLY comes in-stock standard sizing and based on showroom sizing availability. This service does NOT provide the garment sample in the correct size or fitting of the intended purchase.
2.1 With a garment sample order, payment includes:
• The bond: full retail price of the garment
• Sampling fee: 10% of the retail price
• Shipping: domestic or international courier fee, including insurance
2.2 Domestic courier fee is a flat rate of $129 and international courier fee is a flat rate of $299.
3.0 Refund and returning
3.1 The garment sample must be returned in its original sellable condition in order to receive a full refund of the bond, NOT including the shipping fee and NOT including the sampling fee.
3.2 If you do not wish to move forward with the intended purchase, the sampling fee is non-refundable.
3.3 If you are satisfied with the garment sample’s material and construction, and you would like to move forward with the intended purchase, the sampling fee will be used as credit towards the final payment of the Standard Item Garment*
4.1 Upon receiving the garment sample, you have 3 business days to assess the garment sample’s material and construction.
4.2 Vivienna Lorikeet will organise a DHL pick-up service to collect the garment on the 3rd business day. Care of the garment in repackaging for DHL pickup must be organised by the recipient.
4.3 Further information and details are written in this service agreement and requires your understanding and agreement before proceeding with the garment sample order.
4.4 Vivienna Lorikeet will call to discuss and organise all necessary DHL dates before finalising payment for the garment sample.
4.5 If the garment sample is not returned to DHL after the 3-business-day period, a penalty of $100 per day will be deducted from the bond unless Vivienna Lorikeet has been contacted before the agreed DHL pick-up date and agreement is reached.
5.0 Unforseen circumstances
5.1 In the case of unforeseen circumstances (i.e. if the sample is no longer available or a particular component can no longer be sourced by the supplier) you will be notified and given a full refund. We will call or email you to organise a bank transfer within 3 business days.
*A Standard Item Garment is a purchased online order of the garment sample made in the standard size.
